Today is day 19 on raw war aiming to oust a couple of big fibroids.
I am a little bit nervous to confess, so openly... but, here it is: today, I had some bread!!! It wasn't even that nice. I still had it!!!Whilst chewing it it was so obvious that it contained so many things the body doesn't need. It was of a sourish flavour. Soft. No crunch. It tasted dead. Unappetising. Flat. Unsatisfying. Unfulfilling.
As a consequence, it makes sense that raw food gurus keep professing the idea to "eat food that is alive". Those words have a meaning now because bread which I loved so much tasted dead. Raw food that I have eaten in the last 19 days tastes ALIVE!!! Tastes beautiful, crunchy and flavoursome. So filling and satisfying. :)
I have to go easy on myself here though about a little falter. It's not too bad. It's not like I went out and got drunk. It's not much of a step back.
As is the norm I also ate plenty of vegetables fruit and nuts. I ate a lot today.
Still raw. I am not sure if that bread was even ten percent of the food I ate today. Still doing well.

ReplyDeleteHey Gina, I saw your comment about Dr. Onokun medication concerning Fibroid sometime ago and you were right, I tried it and it worked like magic for me. It was like hell living with FIBROID all this years until now, no more pains, bleeding and no miscarriage and I would've come with my testimony before now but I have to wait for a couple of months to see if it will regrow again but there's still no sign of fibroid, I also went to the hospital for test and still i was tested negative.
