For more nutrients I added my two basics of avocado and tomato plus pepper and cucumber.
I dressed it with a lot of hemp seed oil for the omega fats and also to keep some fat on the body. Not sure how well this will work. Generally I eat a lot of avocado and nuts but I don't know if it's enough.
This is an experiment.
If for one year I eat only vegetables and fruit with nuts there should really not be too many problems as a result.
I had in the past taken a year out and just drunk alcohol at least three times per week. This was when I was a lot younger and other than fibroids I didn't really get any serious illness.
Surely the body will work well in a year of good feed.
Scientific research has proven that anti-cancerous properties in cabbage can be utilised when cabbage is eaten raw or fermented. Also, interestingly, cabbage should be cut into chunks not smaller than 1cm in order to preserve enzymes' abilities to create cancer fighting actions (Huffington Post, 2013).
Information and mention of cabbage as a great healer is overwhelming the www so a google search will yield a variety of written material, scientific and that from popular press. I only mention Huffington Post because the article is succinct and very well referenced.
I have a massive jar of cabbage undergoing fermentation process. This is extremely easy to prepare. I eat fresh cabbage as often as I fancy it. It is delicious so it's no bother.
The point is, I believe, to embrace and act on the advice we are given. The beauty of knowledge is that it provides us with tips on which road leads to our best destination. My gratefulness is to all of those who are experimenting, observing, coming up with results and sharing them with us the normal mortals who only -albeit selfishly- want to be healthy.
I am now 40 years old and my idea of fun used to be a day/night in the pub with good company giving my liver a hell of a ride with all the wine and rum I could fit inside my body. This was cruel to say the least. But fun! I lot of fun!
However, if it the choice is between a couple of good days in the pub with a horrible hangover the days after followed by trips to hospitals intermittent with surgeries and taking medicines; and the choice two is no hospitals, no surgeries, no medicines, no alcohol, no hangovers, fun is found in long walks and picnics with sparkling water, trips to new places, opera, theatre, dancing, gym, cinemas, raw dinners.... then clearly the option two is the one to chose. It is so obvious and so simple.

P.S. Fibroids are tumours. They are non-cancerous (how lucky) but I see that they need to be ousted using the same process as that required to remove other tumours. They are all a consequence of inflammations and toxicity of the body. (I have read scientific research on this and also heard raw foodists speak of it too - the evidence is rife).

ReplyDeleteHey Gina, I saw your comment about Dr. Onokun medication concerning Fibroid sometime ago and you were right, I tried it and it worked like magic for me. It was like hell living with FIBROID all this years until now, no more pains, bleeding and no miscarriage and I would've come with my testimony before now but I have to wait for a couple of months to see if it will regrow again but there's still no sign of fibroid, I also went to the hospital for test and still i was tested negative.
